The best part was the location across from Plaza La Isla. The beach area was fine and almost sargassum-free. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The swimming pool is great for kids but it was too crowded all day. Concierge service was very easy to reach...
The mattresses are covered in plastic which makes noise and feels awkward. Our room was not ready at check in time and had to wait a long time. Some parts of the property need maintenance but overall it is still in good conditions.

This was a great value for the money we spent. This apartment comes with the access to the resort pool and the beach. So you could have some good time. The beach is very clean and the location of this apartment is excellent. You will have access to tons of shopping and dining experience. The access to the Gym is not permitted however there is a top not Gym across the road in the shopping mall with the name of a Smart fit . They will give you the whole day access for $8.

The apartment was big and clean and we had everything we needed. Access to resort facilities(beach, pool, activities) is a bonus that’s why we chose this place as we did not had the meals included.

The beach and pools
Air conditioner didn't work well, only one towel for two people, connecting door to next unit not locked, sewer smell in hallway,no bath mat. When we.submited questions no response terrible customer care would.not go back.
