About this villa rental

We’re located at km 5.5 in the hotel zone, right across from White Monkey Private Beach—a true paradise. Just 500 meters away, at km 6, you’ll find the Drug Mart and Deli, at km 6.5 there’s an Oxxo (convenience store) where you can find everything you need for the villa; at this location, there’s also a currency exchange for those who wish to exchange their currency for Mexican pesos, as well as the Farmacia del Ahorro. To get around via public transportation—which runs 24/7—the closest stop is right at the main entrance to our private development. It’s also important to mention that the nearest restaurants are at km 4.5: Los Chachalacos, an excellent Mexican taqueria, at km 4, “Las Carnitas Michoacanas” next to another Oxxo and the Catholic church in the hotel zone; and at km 3.5, you’ll find “Las Hijas de la Tostada,” a delicious seafood restaurant, next to which is another “Farmacia del Ahorro” and a Starbucks.
The area is incredible and very peaceful; if you have any other tips or suggestions, we’re always here to provide you with the best service.
The villa is Greek-style—beautiful, quite spacious, decorated with wood and polished concrete—inspired by the tranquility of the sea and the softness of the sand.
White Monkey Private Beach Villa has 3 bedrooms, which are laid out as follows:
1. Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed, 1 sofa bed, full bathroom, and terrace.
2. Bedroom: 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, full bathroom, and balcony.
3. Bedroom: 2 double beds, terrace, and full bathroom.

Location location location. I loved the quaint space for us 9 . Mostly loved the easy access to the beautiful blue prestine beach. My family loved the beach access and the security. Right on the hotel zone and close to all those amenities us tourists look for. Only issue was the place was little run down and the kitchen could use lots of improvement. Some of the lights didn't work , which was very frustrating. Host was great with my concerns , took care of things eventually. Overall I would stay here again just for the ideal beach access . I wish host would spruce up the place then it would be perfect .

White monkey was a great place to stay! We came here for my husband’s birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The hosts were the best- shoutout to Jorge and Victor for setting everything for us. We had a chef cook for us and the food and the food was great! We 100% recommend white monkey for your next stay in Cancun!!

Incredible location and the set of properties is absolute beachfront. For us, we had a few issues such as one of the doors unable to be locked (it had an interior lock installed on the exterior door which can be unlocked with a pin). Once these are addressed I would be happy to rent again.
