- PARKING LIMIT: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Parking passes are located in the unit and must be displayed at all times.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.

This Condo is very nice with accurate pictures. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The provided bath/beach towels were very nice. Although we didn’t cook-the kitchen looked well equipped. The beach chairs were great. Although the condo was great I would not return because the community is very old(over 40 years). The pool and pickle ball courts were not in good shape. We went to the pool for a couple of hours-pool was small and the water was very warm-not refreshing at all-did not go back. Our walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. When it says “check-in at 4pm”-you will not get in before 4pm. Condo doesn’t have good cell service so getting in touch with management wasn’t easy in the beginning. We found texting was better than calling.

The place is nice but the smell is overwhelming. The plug ins were so strong! When we unplugged them all we could smell was dog smell in the couch cushions.

This condo is 2 blocks from the beach making it nicely situated. The condos were likely built in the 1970’s and felt dated. Unbeknownst to us there were several heavily scented plug-ins. The awful scent lingered on all of the soft surfaces - especially bed linens. We unplugged them and a slight mildew odor ensued. The lightening was terrible. Easy fix - get soft/warm bulbs. Had all of the kitchen essentials. Nice towels and comfortable beds (pillows could use an upgrade). Cheap living-room furniture. Overall, the place was okay and with some easy fixes could be good.
