Our stay was exactly what we needed. It allowed 4 adults plenty of room and relaxation.

The kitchen was nicely equipped. I wish there was salt. The coffee pot was great! The kids loved the playground and the pool. The grill was nice as well.

The location was excellent. Easy to get to the beach, short beach walk to a restaurant, only 2 streets over. Historic downtown was 10 min drive away. Property does need updating but it served our needs. Plumbing was an ongoing issue. In our 3 weeks there, we have 5 days where toilet and tub were unusable. In the owner’s defense, he was very responsive, called RotoRooter, and was there when they arrived. Sadly this did not fix the problem. Owner did not offer a discount. He was pleasant throughout all of this and tried to resolve the problem, which I think is a bigger issue with the whole bldg. , not just his condo.
