- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.

The place is nice but the smell is overwhelming. The plug ins were so strong! When we unplugged them all we could smell was dog smell in the couch cushions.

The condo was located close to the beach, about 5 min walk. There was a wagon, beach chairs and plenty of beach toys for our kids to play with. The wagon was a big bonus to help haul everything to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master king bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and private, which was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is 2 blocks from the beach making it nicely situated. The condos were likely built in the 1970’s and felt dated. Unbeknownst to us there were several heavily scented plug-ins. The awful scent lingered on all of the soft surfaces - especially bed linens. We unplugged them and a slight mildew odor ensued. The lightening was terrible. Easy fix - get soft/warm bulbs. Had all of the kitchen essentials. Nice towels and comfortable beds (pillows could use an upgrade). Cheap living-room furniture. Overall, the place was okay and with some easy fixes could be good.
