About this cabin rental
Beautiful 3 bed, 1bath custom log home situated on Crawford Creek. Walking or biking distance to restaurants, shops and the golf course. About 2 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Crawford Bay. In the winter, the Whitewater Ski hill is about 40 minute (+ scenic ferry ride) away.
There is ample cross country skiing on the Kokanee Springs golf course and up Crawford Creek road as well as the spectacular Ainsworth Hot Springs just across the ferry (booking for hot springs required).
The cabin has a large private deck and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The access from the cabin to the creek bed is unstable and therefore not recommended. Use at your risk.
Dogs (2 max) are allowed by request- there is a dog fee per dog, per night. Dogs are not permitted down the creek bed.
Maximum 6 people.
Outdoor fire pit available seasonally (please respect fire bans).
We provide coffee makers, tea and coffee and basic spices for your use.
Please do not leave garbage or food items outside or unattended as there is wildlife around this area. Please be bear aware.
Covered private deck overlooking the creek. BBQ (propane tank) provided. Wood shed with larch and fir available for the fire pit (seasonally) and wood burning stove. There is also an infrared heater on the wall in the living room.
Please respect check in and check out times unless special arrangements have been made. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am. Late check outs will result in fines up to an additional night fee. If additional cleaning beyond typical usage is required, additional charges will occur.
Failure to disclose pets or extra guests may result in fines and cancellation of the stay.

We found in this cozy, peaceful cabin everything we wanted and more. The serenity of the woods on a misty morning with the early sunlight passing through the four large front windows was a sight to behold.The crackling fire burning in the wood stove bringing warmth and peace to the large living area while reading your favourite book in a reclined leather chair.The sounds of the river at night while the rain brings a light breeze through the open windows carrying the fresh scent of forest trees that lulls you to sleep.This cabin made our 10th anniversary magical. Pictures nor words will ever do this cabin justice you simply have to experience it yourself.

This is a beautiful log cabin that will have you wishing it was your vacation home! No disappointments, pictures and descriptions are accurate and you might even find some pasts in the pantry like we did if you get in really late ;)

The host, Leah, was very accommodating and responded quickly to all questions/inquiries! Lots of amenities including extra cooking spices/supplies, laundry pods, and soaps/conditioners/lotions/etc. Very clean and cozy!
