You can start your mornings sipping coffee on the furnished terrace while taking inviews stretching across the olive groves to the sea, then spend your afternoons swimming in the large 12x6m private pool or relaxing under the wrought-iron gazebo.
When you want to explore, local tavernas and a mini market are just a 500-meterstroll away, and the sandy beaches of Saint Spyridon are a quick three-minute drive.

The Ground Floor features a lounge and kitchenette for poolside snacks, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Allground-floor rooms open directly onto the pool terrace.
The Upper Floor offers a light-filled living area with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, and a stunning double suite with an en-suite shower room. This level opens onto front and side balconies overlooking the pool and sea.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa. The pool is large and therefore kids were thoroughly entertained. Angela and Ian were very welcoming and helpful throughout. All in all we loved the villa and felt the village was a perfect setting within easy reach of the vibrant Kassiopi.

A lovely spotless villa, very spacious and clean. Plenty of privacy with four good bedrooms. High quality construction and fittings. It is, effectively, two self contained appartments- one upsatairs and one down stairs. Large clean swimming pool. Beautiful setting. Parking for 2 cars. The walled drive can be awkward for a medium sized car. The property custodian was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful villa in a great location, & perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of space for everyone, & excellent amenities. Ian & Angela, who manage the place, were very helpful, even replacing the coffee machine on the same day when it failed (bit of a First World problem!). We hope to be back one day
