The beachfront maisonette can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, has a bath, a shower and spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with amazing sea views. The maisonette is set on the first floor and features an interior attic upper floor too. It is a comfortable accommodation of 155sq.m just steps from the beach.

Here is a large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for your needs and large dining table. The comfortable living room has a big window and access to a furnished balcony with view to the sea and the Albanian coastline. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom is set between the two rooms and features a bathtub and washing machine.
