Super friendly, spotless and relaxing retreat just metres from quiet beach

Absolutely perfect!

Everything! Amazing location and great facilities, the kitchen and bathroom are so well equipped. The owner and her family are so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t recommend these apartments more. Walking distance to basically everything. In such a quiet area while still being so close to the town (literally 2minute walk) shops and all right around the corner and of course right across from the beach. (Beautiful sunsets here) also lovely outdoor area to eat.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing 4 day stay.

Very friendly hosts, lovely setting and everything we needed. We made use of the washing machine and the electric grill barbecue in the lovely garden. The fully equiped kitchenette had everything we could have needed. We would definitely return if we visit Kassiopi again.

perfect for a short stay in the center of town

Simple yet lovely apartment in the center of Kassiopi surrounded by beautiful flowers in the garden. Large bed, everything was really clean. The owner was super friendly and kind.

I found the bed was a bit hard for my taste. Other than that, perfect for a short stay.

Cosy perfect home away from home

Everything! Cosy home with everything you could need! Yotta and her family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and offer anything we could need or want, they make you feel so welcomed and like you are at home! The apartment is within walking distance to the centre of town, many beaches, supermarkets and restaurants, and the terrace is so comfortable with a lovely place to relax in the garden when you are not out and about. We couldn't have imagined a better place in a better surrounding and loved Kassiopi in general :) We will be back, thank you!

I had a great stay at Panayota apartments. The family was so welcoming and helpful on my arrival and during my stay. The apartment had a good lounge-room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a nice size balcony - as well as a washing machine which was such a needed amenity! The location was very close to the beach and easy walking to the town of Kassiopi including the castle.

Amazing stay!!! There was everything I needed, full kitchen, comfortable big bed, a vanity, hair dryer, iron, TV, nice terrace space outside. Quiet area, gorgeous views in the town of Kassiopi. I'm so happy I chose this apartment. Awesome vacation!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Panayota apartments in Kassiopi. Hosts were very kind, helpful and welcoming, apartment is clean and has a nice, comfy vibe around it that made us feel like home. The location is very good, close to the beaches and city center. Also Kassiopi is very beautiful and charming town and this apartment completely fits that picture.

Panayota was exactly as described in the listing and just as the other reviewers here suggest. Great location, within minutes of everything Kassiopi has to offer. Ok, so you don’t get views of the harbour from the balconies, nor are there ultra-luxurious fixtures….but what you do get are the nicest, kindest hosts you could ever wish to meet and an authentic friendly feel throughout. I stayed in apartment 4 on the ground floor which was perfectly adequate as a solo traveller, with lots of nice little touches (kitchen basics, tea,coffee, biscuits, water etc), a great little ground floor patio looking out onto a quiet side street, comfy single beds, nice and clean…plus a TV with Netflix. I recommend Panayota apartments for the value for money aspect, the authenticity, location and above all the wonderful hosts!

Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. We felt like at home. Very hostile owners, very attentive. Definitely recommend!

10/10 everything from communication, cleanliness, location to available appliances and general atmosphere, we loved it all! The owners are very kind and friendly. The apartments are located very close to the supermarkets, several beaches (from a 5 mins walk to a 15 mins walk, depending on your preference), the bus stop, centre of Kassiopi. You've got everything you need: utensils to cook, dry rack, washing machine; we especially liked having a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet area. Really not sure what else we could have needed. It was perfect & we hope to go back in the near future!

Great location, good kitchen, clean apartment. We were allowed to use washing machine. The center of the village is 10 min walk away as well as a beautiful beach.

The location was great, a couple of minutes from the beach and the restaurants. Even though we were so close to the restaurants, it was really quiet in the apartment, no sounds from outside whatsoever. The hosts were very welcoming. I would happily stay there again.

Ideal location - close to the beach, 3 minutes from the center and the bus stop, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Room was cleaned every day, had lots of space, kitchen equipped with everything you need. I had a room on the ground floor, sheltered by greenery, which made it cool. Lovely host, thanks to them I felt like at home! I recommend it to everyone!

Very clean, towels changed every day. Nice location. 2 relatively small rooms but comfortable. Each with TV and Youtube/ Netflix servises possibilities. Very kind and nice hosts. Thank you!

A bit too small shower, but otherwise all was OK. We had some problems with aircondition but it was solved by the landlord.

2 rooms app,nice,clean,well smelling sheets, room cleaning almost everyday, kitchen well equipped, TV and air conditioning working. It was nice, not far from beaches, Pepitos and Cavos beach super. Close to downtown.
