About this apartment rental
Cochelli Upper is a beautiful recently renovated two-bedroom apartment, part of villa Cochelli, a secluded property in the countryside, on top of a hill, in the Avlaki of Kassiopi, consisting of 4 self-contained apartments, with a shared swimming pool and very close to excellent beaches. This charming property has two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower/WC, and beautiful terraces. It offers superb views of the surrounding hills and Pantocrator Mountain.
Layout
A few steps (from the pool and parking area) ascend to the house's ground floor and on its left-hand side, where a second twisted metal staircase lands on Cochelli's Upper front balcony. The entrance opens into an open space, which includes a small living room, kitchen, and dining table. Next to the kitchen is a door that opens to a small back balcony for those who would fancy some additional peace. To the left of this space is a twin bedroom with a door opening onto a front balcony, a double with access to the rear terrace, and a shower/Wc shared between the two bedrooms.
At the front of the property, there is a small balcony, which offers an incredible view of the surrounding countryside and the mountain in the distance
Pool and Terraces
The communal pool is placed in front of the villa, in a lower convenient location, so it remains sunny for the whole day, from sunrise to sunset. It is surrounded by comfortable terraces, which offer all the comforts of sunbathing, reading in peace, or enjoying the tranquillity of the local countryside.

Cochelli Upper is the right holiday home for anyone who would like to holiday away from it all but also to be very close to them if needed. This attractive apartment is close to the Avlaki beach and its nearby tavernas. It is still a few minutes away from Koyevinas beach and only 1.8 kilometres from the centre of cosmopolitan Kassiopi.

Lovely view, short walk to the beach. Was well equipped, clean, maid came regularly. They kindly gave us a jar of their delicious homemade Kumquat jam. Exactly as per photos and description. Great value for money. Recommend.

We loved our stay here, the photos really don't do it justice - the location is stunning and so convenient for a relaxing holiday. Avlaki beach is lovely and the coves just south of the apartment within a 10 min drive are idyllic, with footpaths over the headlands. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby and the apartment itself is very well equipped if you want to stay home and cook. The beds are super comfy, great a/c and the loveliest breezes blow through when the doors are open. And then there's the pool which is sparkling clean, a really great size and with plenty of loungers around too.

The apartment is just 5 minutes away from a beautiful and clean beach. The town is also close by, with great infrastructure. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. The pool is amazing and always fresh. Communication was quick and efficient. Everything was truly wonderful! Thank you for everything – we highly recommend this place!

Staying at Coachelli Villa was a fantastic decision. The apartment is perfect for a family of four with all the amenities as at home. The property is private, quiet and has beautiful views from the balconies and a fantastic pool with shade and lounge chairs as well as outdoor dining option. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Avlaki Beach, where you can snorkel and find Padel boards as well as boat rentals. There’s also a lovely walking path in the forest just up the road past the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery in the vicinity and popping down to Kassiopi Port is a must as it’s more lively with lots of tourist shops, bars and restaurants and fun vibes. We had an amazing time. Thank you!
