The accommodation was in the most beautiful location in Corfu. The nearby beach, just a few minutes' walk away, was almost empty, even in mid-June. The beautiful pebble beach of Imerolia offered views of the town of Kassiopi, the bay, and the Albanian mountains rising in the distance. Truly beautiful. It’s a short and pleasant walk to the town of Kassiopi along a sidewalk. The owners are very kind and warm-hearted. It’s clear they love children; we traveled with our 7-month-old baby and they prepared a crib, a toy, and even a play mat. They welcomed us with plenty of treats and even gave us a parting gift. We felt right at home. Seeing the little turtles in the garden was an amazing experience. The beds were comfortable, and even though there is no air conditioning, the place stayed cool in June and the large fan provided was more than enough. Highly recommended! This place has the true Greek atmosphere, and there is a cozy fish tavern just a short distance away.

The hosts were warm and very friendly, greeting us with food and always being responsive and helpful. Free parking was available in front of the apartment. The apartment was clean, and watching the tortoises in the garden was calming. It was close to the nearest town by car or foot, and there are nice beaches nearby.

The apartment was small. The beds had hard mattresses, which made it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, earplugs were necessary due to car noise from the street. Water was solar-heated only, resulting in two days of lukewarm water since it was raining and overcast. Because there was no shower curtain, the bathroom became wet. There was no holder for the shower head. The house is situated in a bit of a dip, which might be beneficial for staying cooler in the summer, but it was too cool in May with temperatures dropping to 12 degrees. It has no air conditioning or mosquito screens on the windows, so I can't imagine myself going there in the summer. Because of the proximity to Albania, our phones exclusively connected to the Albanian network. This could have led to a expensive holiday. Fortunately, we realized this on our first day and disabled data roaming while in the apartment.
