Paulo and his wife were very friendly and helpful with questions.
However, you have to know that it is the last house high up on the mountain. The journey there is therefore quite long. You have to plan your purchases well in advance. It is also important to know that fog can quickly creep up through the clouds on the mountain slopes of Madeira. Dreaming of sunshine is then in vain. Otherwise, the stay is recommended for people who simply prefer peace and quiet.

This is a lovely property. It is very quiet, away from the bustle of Funchal. If you want to party, this is not the property for you!
The house was very clean. Everything was provided including a Kettle, toaster and washing machine. The property has its own private parking space.
Be aware that this property is at the top of a very steep hill and a small dirt track section beyond that but when you get there, the views are amazing from the outdoor seating area.
Paulo, the owner, is very friendly. Communication with him was very quick and easy. He made us feel very welcome.
All in, we had a very good stay here and would definitely recommend.
