Please understand that our listing is a country property, and that bugs are a prevalent issue in the spring and summer months. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to mitigate the issue, though we cannot control the presence of bugs at all times. However, a few things can be done to reduce this issue during your stay:
- Ensure the door is closed tightly once you enter or exit the house
- Turn off unnecessary lights in the house at night since insects are attracted to the light
- During hot weather, feel free to use the AC, so the windows or doors won't need to be opened
Please note:
*** We DO NOT allow weddings, wedding events, wedding parties or bachelorette/bachelor parties on this property, and have exterior cameras in place to ensure no events as per the city bylaws ***
Per short term regulations in NOTL, we are required to keep a record of all our guests. We will request for the information listed below a few days before check-in:

Property was beautiful the house was spacious and everything you could ask for. The kids enjoyed the pool too! Kitchen was well stocked. House was in a great location easy to get to the Falls or Niagara on the lake to walk the shops.

The property was great, exactly as described. Our only complaint was the three hours that they were cutting the grass on the property during the afternoon well we were enjoying the backyard. We finally ended up going inside because it was hard to carry on conversation.

Our family loved the location, the organization of space inside/outside this home and the peaceful surroundings. Travelling to the theatre, shops, hiking trails, and Niagara Falls was easy. The kitchen was amply equipped, the beds were comfortable and the dining/common areas met our needs well. Our host Jean, responded quickly to our questions and accommodated any special requests we had. We would highly recommend this home.
