- No extra overnight or day guests permitted without prior consent of the host (guest staying overnight, fees 60$ ea per night will apply)

- More than 28 days booking at a time is not allowed as per short term rental policy in province of ON.
-No fire pit allowed outdoor
-No smoking of any kind or vaping in the house. If you chose to smoke outside please ensure there are no butts on the ground.
There is a place in the backyard patio and the front porch included astray for smoking
- Noise by-laws in effect after 10 pm. No loud music or conversation in the backyard after 10pm.
- Please respect the neighbors and our personal home
- Do not temper with Internet or any electronic device at the house.
- House rules are strictly enforced to ensure we can continue to offer an exciting accommodation for guests.
- House details & rules will be sent few days prior to check-in.
- There are exterior security cameras at the front & back of the house to monitor for any potential damage, intruders, animals, and guests numbers.
-If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guest will be asked TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Kindly make sure ALL DOORS & WINDOWS are locked properly.
