House was the perfect lay out for our group. Open plan communal area for us gathering and relaxing. Sadly a few miner issues with house, attention to detail, maybe lack of experience/standard setting. All issues was handed over to booking agent and handled professionally. As for issues being addressed I will not know

Highly recommended, would stay again I loved that it was so remote - exactly what I wanted from this holiday. It’s on the edge of a woodland so the wildlife is amazing and I enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. The house has been modernised to a good standard and the beds were super comfy.

The location backing on to woodland was wonderful for walking and the extensive enclosed garden itself is also ideal for safely exercising dogs. We loved the open plan living space with wrap around picture windows and beautiful view of the woodland setting. Spacious, modern, light and airy accommodation throughout and everything you could possibly want for a comfortable, luxurious break. Easy to keep clean and tidy. We had a very enjoyable stay and would love to come back. Have already recommended it to like-minded friends. No complaints but just some feedback on a couple minor things: It was difficult to regulate the storage heating. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty room for cooking and food storage and we used it a lot. We found there were too many frying pans and very large saucepans but only a couple medium/small saucepans and they had seen better days. Also we couldn’t find any solid baking trays for use in the oven. Only found the high tech cooker extractor by accident at the end of the stay as it wasn’t immediately obvious (to us anyway!) so cooking smells were not as contained as they might have been.

Brilliant place to catch up with friends - wonderful social space with such a peaceful view into the forest and a great base to explore the area. A few dead flies around when we arrived and the cleaners things (including supplies of wine and cleaning products) were left out when we arrived, and the shelf with the glasses on is slanting so we took the glasses off to avoid disaster - but none of those things affected our enjoyment of the property which we would recommend (and may come back again!) - great to have somewhere to store bikes and a garden for the children to play in
