THE SPACE

The living area features upscale seating and a TV with cable. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto your private screened balcony, where a table for two and a cozy settee set the scene for unforgettable Gulf sunsets every single evening.
Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly made with provided linens, with a spacious walk-in closet and two built-in storage cupboards to keep everything organized throughout your stay.
The full bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, and both bath and beach towels are included.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a compact dishwasher — plus cookware, dinnerware, small appliances, and a drip coffee maker for easy mornings in.

Bed very comfortable. View as advertised. Kitchen well equipped. Host answered a question I had before travel.But, there was mold on the hinges of the shower doors and faucet side wall base. Baseboards in bathroom were dirty and the corner baseboard behind the bathroom door was filthy. I have pictures. The squeegee for the shower was torn so we had to use a towel to wipe down the walls and doors.

This is the best condo we have stayed at in Florida. The view was expansive (240 degree view). The unit was clean, well stocked with needed travel items and kitchen. The bed was so comfortable. The screened in lanai and deck doors was a magical place to see and hear the gulf. Owner was great at communicating. And the salt water pools were a bonus.

Magnificent beach view and back bay view from the lanai! We enjoyed our morning coffee there before our quick walk across the street to one of the best beaches in all of Florida! Sunsets from the 10th floor were spectacular! The condo was very neat and clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals, watch TV and get a good night's sleep in the super comfortable bed. Easy check-in and good communication from the host. Thank you for a very enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Did not like the screens on the deck. It ready ruins the view. Fridge and freezer were not working properly...
