Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

This sixth-floor condo faces southwest and offers relaxing views of the Gulf, bringing in warm afternoon light and a peaceful coastal atmosphere. While it does not have a direct sunset view, the screened balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the open sky, gentle breezes, and the tranquil surroundings. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with great options for dining, cafés, and waterfront activities nearby.
Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and set up for easy vacation living. The space includes a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to help you settle in comfortably.
A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, these consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.
With its southwest-facing Gulf views, comfortable interior, and close proximity to the beach, this condo offers a relaxing and convenient location for your stay in Southwest Florida.

The unit is very clean and decor is accurately reflected in the pictures with everything you need (chairs, towels, etc). It is a perfect beach home base!! If you are coming for the beach, this the perfect location! Just steps away for beach access with facilities and restaurants close by. Definitely try the cafe in the development! Most of the people I met or crossed paths with are snowbirds down for the season or longer stays so there is a very friendly sense of community if you are at the pool.
As the location is under construction I wanted to share current situation. The lanai is closed off, but light still gets into the unit. Workers were near the apartment, but never directly outside. Noise didn’t start until about 8:30 and most of the afternoon was relatively quiet. At times noise in the unit could get loud, but it never last very long- and I was usually heading down to the beach or pool or out for a morning walk. Overall, not an inconvenience to my stay- especially knowing the work was occurring in advance. The workers were all courteous and nice.
I definitely recommend this unit and community- look forward to coming back for coffee on the balcony!!

Construction going on, but management warned of this in property details. So was expected
Nice location, unit itself was beautiful and newly decorated, perfect time away! Property management was on top of everything Tucker was the best I have dealt with.
