Townhome in a very quiet neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach. Two dedicated parking spots by the front entrance.

Short bike ride from Sawgrass TPC, and the beach. 9 minutes drive from Mayo Clinic, and centrally located between historic St. Augustine and the beautiful Jacksonville Beaches.
