WHAT WE PROVIDE:

A starter set of supplies is also included, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.
PARKING:
Two parking passes are provided with the rental, allowing parking for up to two vehicles. All visitors at Seascape are required to display a valid pass while on the premises, including golf carts. Passes will be located inside the unit upon arrival. All fields must be completed, and improperly displayed or incomplete passes may result in fines issued by the resort. Trailers, RVs, and motorhomes are not permitted.

The location, views, etc. were all wonderful. Pool right there out the front door (across the parking lot), the lake right out the back door, and the ocean a very short walk across the boardwalk. Great restaurants near by. The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The original listing communicated guests had access to 5 pools in the complex and the exercise room. This was not communicated once we checked in, and correspondence back-and-forth with the property manager with me sending a screenshot did confirm this. After sending this we received the code and locations for the other pools.
Also, just the very basic amenities are included. As far as towels and washrags, there were only four washrags for four people, which meant there was a lot of laundry done Throughout the stay; however, there were several towels.
