About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this house with a swimming pool for rent in Pougnadoresse. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 75 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of approximately 3,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

- A 75 m² living room with sofas, TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- Dining room for gathering round a good meal
- Utility room
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed with a queen-size bed on top (160×200), two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200) at the bottom, and a cot
- A shower room with a shower and vanity unit
- A bathroom with a bath and double washbasins
- Two bathrooms with a shower and bath
- Separate toilet
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 4×8 metres, accessible from June to the end of September and fitted with an alarm. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change.
- A beautiful 3,000 m² garden

The house is ideally situated in Pougnadoresse, in a pleasant and peaceful setting. You’ll find a bakery and a butcher’s 5 km away, as well as a restaurant, a supermarket and a chemist’s 8 km away.

Set off to explore Saint-Ambroix and the ruins of its medieval castles, Barjac and its ramparts, the charming village of Lussan, or Goudargues and its canal. From the Gard and the Cévennes to the Camargue, you’ll find rural landscapes with native vegetation and breathtaking panoramic views.
