Villa Bianca is impeccably decorated with three Gulf-front covered balconies! Ideal for your next memorable family vacation! 2 kitchens & 2 living areas! Exquisitely clean! No surprises for those that demand the best! Almost new!
Perfect gulf-front vacation rental for a family getaway, group travel, retreat, or event in Destin, Florida. It is located in one of Destin’s most luxurious gated communities – Destiny by the Sea. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home boasts two master suites, two full kitchens, on-site beach access, three spacious gulf-front balconies, and all the top-of-the-amenities one can dream up! Guests can walk right out their back door to the beach, or take a short stroll to the community pool and Jacuzzi hot tub.
Guests will be greeted to Villa Bianca by an open guest living area that overlooks the gulf. The smaller of the home’s two living areas, the first-floor living space includes a full guest kitchen and an entertainment area. The full kitchen includes a gas range, a GE Profile fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and seating for three along the kitchen bar. The entertainment area seats six and provides guests with a large flat screen TV and a BluRay player. Gulf views can be taken in from the entire first-floor living area and private balcony. The private balcony allows for direct private beach access and al fresco dining for four! A half bath services the first-floor living area.
The first floor also houses two suites and the first of the home’s two laundry rooms. The first-floor king suite provides guests with gulf views, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. A queen suite with a flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bath is located directly off the living area. A laundry room with Whirlpool appliances is also located on the first floor for added convenience.
The home’s main kitchen, formal dining area, and main living room are located on the second floor and provide guests with expansive gulf views. The main kitchen boasts a KitchenAid fridge/freezer, a warming drawer, an Induction cooktop, an electric range, and granite countertops. The formal dining area seats eight with additional seating for four available at barstools along the kitchen counter. The home’s main living room seats seven and includes a large mounted flat screen TV. The large balcony off the second-floor living area provides al fresco dining seating for 12 and two lounge chairs. A half bath services the second-floor living area. The only sleeping accommodations located on the second floor come in the form of a queen suite with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bath.

Amazing property, pictures don’t do justice, property is very comfortable, and private. Every floor has spacious bedroom with private bathroom. We were a party of 8, 4 generations, and it was comfortable for everyone, we had the best time!We loved it so much we extended our stay. The property manager was great, gave us a walkthrough when we arrived and was supportive during our stay. Would love to stay here again!

We had 6 adults looking for a quiet getaway. Andrew was a pleasure to meet and always communicated promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the beach and chairs provided! The home was very clean and honestly looked even better than the pictures posted. The beds were comfortable and well equipped for over 6 foot people! We had enough towels since we didn’t utilize all the bathrooms but if there were more people I would recommend more linens as you don’t really want to do laundry on a vacation. The only other recommendation would be more paper towels in the kitchen. At this price point we felt those would be little touches that would make a difference. Would definitely come again!

The home was warm and inviting with excellent views. It is very comfortable for a large family and very relaxing. Kitchen set up was great and the toys and beach equipment had enough toys for the babies to play with at the beach!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended it an extra day! We highly recommend it!Manager was attentive and easy to connect with. 5 stars for sure!

We were only able to stay at Villa Bianca for a few short days, but everything was perfect! Andrew is such a wonderful host and answered all our questions in advance of arriving and then met us onsite for a quick house tour. The property is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. From the large family room, to the bikes, to the private beach access - we could not have asked for a better getaway. Only downfall was we wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to come back!
