A/C on 3rd floor master went out the last night. Got very warm. House was very nice otherwise. Did not hear back when I texted about the A/C issue.

This was the ultimate beach vacation for our family. The house was magnificent, and had plenty of room for our family, siblings, and grandparents. Everyone appreciated the elevator. We had 4 little ones with us all under the age of 3, and the home included a high chair which was very helpful. There was also the option to have the outdoor pool heated during our stay, and this was perfect for the kids to swim even in late October. The home is furnished very nicely and the kitchen was well equipped; we ended up cooking most of our meals there during our stay. Highly recommend!

This home was very beautiful and my family enjoyed our time there. However, had I known that there were stairs from the kitchen to the dining area/living room, we would have chosen a different home. We have 2 handicap adults and 2 small kids. My 2 year old fell off the steps twice and hit his head and face hard on the floor, leaving a huge knot on his forehead and a bruised cheek. The rest of us almost tripped on the stairs several times. I just want to give this piece of info for anyone booking this home who might have small kids and handicap adults.
Aside from those issues, almost everything else was great! The location and private beach are stunning. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold, the pool was very nice. The gates to the beach were not working properly, so we left them open to keep from getting locked out. Overall a 9 out of 10!
