This house was by far the prettiest house we have stayed out over the past 6 or so years that we have been making family vacations for Thanksgiving week. It was a 3 generation trip with children from 4 to adults at 70. The dining room table was large enough that we were all able to eat together as a family. The living room had enough space to spread out. The house was absolutely great. There were only 2 drawbacks to the property and those were the deck/patio furniture was not very comfortable and the bathroom on the bottom floor is shared between 2 bedrooms - wish there had been a half bathroom on that level. The sitting area in the primary bedroom was so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to enjoy our stay and make lots of memories. The boys were at the beach every day so the direct access was nice. We used the grill to make some meals at the house. The subdivision the house was located in was amazing. We had a great time. The management company was really good as well - checking on us through the week and answering all questions we had. Great stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and right on the beach! The gated neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were only a few things that I wish had been more clear: the listing says that umbrellas are provided but they have to be rented from a company, as per the HOA rules. I think this fee should just be included with the rental, since you're not allowed to put up your own umbrellas/canopies. The other smaller detail is that the directions to the home should include where the main gate is. We went to the wrong gate and had a lot of back and forth. That being said, the management company was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Finally, the home is a but older, and the benches on the walkway to the beach were rotting/falling apart. We didn't need them, but could be a hazard. All in all, it was a beautiful home and we would definitely recommend it to any family!
