BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 3 vehicles. At the request of the town of Brighton to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest. This allows us to provide assistance if necessary and helps to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

This peaceful Brighton vacation home is a mountain visitor’s dream, offering spacious yet cozy accommodations, a great location for enjoying nature, hiking, riding mountain bikes, and privacy. Split into a front and back house, this multi-level home is set in a quiet gated neighborhood near Brighton Ski Resort. Now featuring a mini-split AC unit in the front and back houses to keep cooler in the summer and a Tesla EV charging station! There’s nothing like a mountain getaway! The gourmet stocked kitchen offers guests a chance to practice their culinary skills. Utilize the front house as your personal office if you're taking a working vacation - the front house can be closed off if desired! Guests visiting for outdoor pleasure or working remotely are in a great location to enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Four bedrooms are located in the larger Main House - a Primary Suite upstairs, a Queen bedroom upstairs, a main level room with two Queen beds, and a bunk room housing two XL Twin bunks with Twin trundles, and one Full/Twin bunk bed. The house is also equipped with baby gates for the youngest travelers in your group. In the front house across the hall, you'll find a gorgeous, open studio with a Queen Murphy bed, and a Queen bedroom upstairs. This front house also has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a separate WiFi modem, wood stove, and a smart TV - a great space for parents, couples, or anyone needing to work away from the rest of the group!

GARAGE/ENTRY:
-Garage- Accommodates 1 car in winter, with a Tesla Universal Level 2 EV charging station.
LOWER LEVEL (Main House):
-Bunk Room- 2 XL Twin bunks w/ twin trundles + full/twin bunk across the room. There is a full bathroom ensuite
-Studio Bedroom- Two Queen beds, as well as a wet bar
-Lower Level Bathroom- Features a soaking tub, large steam shower w/ bench, and a TON of space! Great for a post-mountain cooldown (or warm-up!)
MAIN LEVEL (Main House):
-Kitchen- Beautifully updated kitchen with plenty of tools to prepare meals
-Dining Area- Dining table has seating for 10, 3 more seats at the counter
-Living Room- Complete with two couches, wood-burning fireplace, and smart TV
TOP LEVEL (Main House):
-Primary Bedroom- Queen bed + full bathroom ensuite
-Queen Bedroom- Private queen bedroom upstairs
MAIN LEVEL (Front House):
-Kitchen- Full kitchen w/ gas range and breakfast bar seating
-Living Room- Comfortable armchairs and a Smart TV
-Bathroom- Full bathroom - shower w/ bench
TOP FLOOR (Front House):
-Bedroom- Queen bed, gorgeous view
-Bathroom- Full bathroom w/ shower

Awesome stay! Beautiful house and gorgeous scenery! Top notch home in every way…beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and so were the sofas. We fit multiple families and we all had our privacy. We would love to stay again. Thank you
