Brand new property, in fact outside our window is a view of the roof, and it isn’t even finished yet. Parking garage is easy to use. Everything is clean and new. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bathroom products that are provided. Has a fridge, toaster over, and small microwave in the room.
TV didn’t turn on. Not able to purchase water downstairs.

We came on the off season so The price was amazing for the space that we reserved. We ended up finding ants in our room due to a pop tart falling out of the sofa bed. When called I asked for a vacuum which the man at the sister hotel that answered didn’t feel comfortable with us just vacuuming so he moved us to a completely different room on another floor. He tried to offer us an amenity to make up for the move but due to the off season with hotel amenities closed and another reservation coming into the new room wasn’t able to offer us anything. We were pleased with the help that we received by the man and are grateful that he tried to make everything right. The new room had a balcony, fire replaces that worked and a tv remote that allowed us to use streaming which the first room didn’t have any of these except a balcony that was open to all the pool area. Even though there was ants we enjoyed our stay and are planning a stay in the fall with our whole family.
A pop tart fell out of the sofa couch when pulling it out. We didn’t notice it fell out until putting it back away the next morning. The next day we noticed there were ants in the room where the pop tart was at. The pool and hot tub were closed and were supposed to be completed by May 8th. It ended up taking longer which was a downside due to not knowing it was closed until making our booking and looking forward to the hot tub. When we called Saturday night to see if it was open the sister hotel answered offering that we could use their pool and hot tub but due to timing there wasn’t enough time. It would have been nice if offered upon arrival for the option. The sauna and steam room were still available which we used but there were a lot of ants right outside the doors. Even with these concerns we wouldn’t have changed anything with our stay and are planning a family fall trip.
