Midtown Gem with Oversized Fenced Yard – Minutes from U of A !

This is by far the best short term home rental I've ever experienced. We were sad to leave and my child asked of we could buy the house and live there. It was clean and did not have any overly perfumed smells which is important to me because I have chemical sensitivities. I was mildly allergic to the laundry detergent scent and had to rewash the bedding with my own soap but that is usually the case anywhere I go. The host was so responsive! I broke a glass and he did not charge me and also brought a broom over in the middle of the night to help with clean up only a few minutes after I texted him. The next morning he brought a blender and coffee grinder. The beds and bedding were very nice. I did notice a little bit of musty odor in the washing machine maybe from the door being left closed but after running it a few times it improved. My kid enjoyed the big tv and we had plenty of room to cook and even grill outside. The dining table was set for four but had room for 6 easily. I really appreciated that there was not a locked closet with cleaning products inside of it as there is in many rental homes because that often can trigger my asthma. The house is well insulated and the ac worked well even in Tucson heat. The yard is massive and has multiple seating areas. The internet works well also. We wanted to stay longer but sadly the hosts had guests scheduled after us. 5 stars!

We've stayed in a few of Taylor's properties in the Peter Howell neighborhood. Taylor's homes have been very clean & have such character. We'll be back to check out another home soon!

there were some things at the start of the stay regarding the cleanliness, but it was very very quickly remedied by the host!

Hair in shower and dishes left in dishwasher.
