About this house rental
Lovely and Full of Charm - Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or Escaping the Winter Elements, We are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our Tastefully Remodeled 1946 Bungalow. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Casita. New Heating and Air Conditioning along with Saltillo Tile throughout so that you are comfortable your entire stay.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available is a queen-sized air mattress for additional guests.
Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 2 cars. There is plenty of space behind the house and in the driveway to park an RV (though not covered).
Interaction with Guests:
We like our privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out, we will leave you to enjoy your stay. (Alway available if needed though )

The casita was perfect for our stay in Tucson. It’s centrally located yet quiet, and the fenced back yard was perfect for relaxing and for our dog. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay and it’s close to everything Perfect for an extended stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard for morning coffee and evening dinner. The house is charming with beautiful landscaping and a nice neighborhood for walking. Taylor is a great host.

This was the perfect little house a way from the hustle and bustle. It was so quiet and had everything we needed.It was well stocked with things you might need.Our host was very responsive and available if needed.

We rented for family weekend at U of Arizona. The house is convenient to campus and in a decent and quiet neighborhood. TV was outdated with no streaming options and minimalist DirectTV service. Appliances were good. Nice backyard. We had what we needed for a short stay. Overall this is a decent property that lives up to its description with the exception of not having covered parking for two vehicles because there was a camper parked in the carport. But we had only one car so it didn’t matter.
