About this house rental
Lovely and Full of Charm - Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or Escaping the Winter Elements, We are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our Tastefully Remodeled 1946 Bungalow. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Casita. New Heating and Air Conditioning along with Saltillo Tile throughout so that you are comfortable your entire stay.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available is a queen-sized air mattress for additional guests.
Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 2 cars. There is plenty of space behind the house and in the driveway to park an RV (though not covered).
Interaction with Guests:
We like our privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out, we will leave you to enjoy your stay. (Alway available if needed though )

This is a cute small house with a really lovely yard - too bad it was too hot to enjoy it! Comfortable beds, small but functional kitchen, laundry out back was a boon.

La Casita Encantada was perfect for our needs! It was so comfortable and convenient - close to several restaurants that we enjoy and numerous grocery stores, and just a quick drive from campus and downtown. We often stay in this neighborhood when visiting family in Tucson and have really enjoyed the properties offered by these hosts, who are really helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues. This house is cute, well-stocked, clean, and has a great backyard with mountain views and many birds to enjoy while drinking our morning coffee. We also enjoy walking around the charming neighborhood. We’ll certainly be back.

We rented for family weekend at U of Arizona. The house is convenient to campus and in a decent and quiet neighborhood. TV was outdated with no streaming options and minimalist DirectTV service. Appliances were good. Nice backyard. We had what we needed for a short stay. Overall this is a decent property that lives up to its description with the exception of not having covered parking for two vehicles because there was a camper parked in the carport. But we had only one car so it didn’t matter.
