Summary:
Sonoran Velo is a classic Tucson home located near Tucson Botanical Gardens. This home features 2 bedrooms, one of which has a Queen size bed and the other has a double bed. This home boasts mid century charm, with a spacious walled in backyard perfect for pets or kids to play around in safely. The home is close to the college and the larger hospitals in town, as well as the river path.
Other Things to Note:
Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
We accept dogs not cats for an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee

A perfect place to relax. Beds and furniture were comfortable, clean and simple. We especially liked the back yard, with Adirondack chairs, shade trees and a firepit. Thanks for providing wood, too! We could have used a couple more coffee mugs, and plates small enough to fit the microwave. But all in all, a really great stay. My dog was able to make friends with the neighbor dogs through the fence. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking our dog, day time or night time.

The address number listed for the street was wrong. We had to call the manager to clarify where the house was. Also AC vent by the laundry room let in cold air day and night. My husband had to gerry-rig a way to block it so the house could retain heat.
