I liked the price point, the designated parking spot on the property, and decor inside of the housing unit.
Area was a little sketchy. We arrived in the vicinity of the housing unit at approximately 11:00 p.m. Upon exiting the I-10 and the main road in which the unit is located off of, was saturated with appeared to be homeless people and a few questionable individuals. Once we arrived at the apartment we greeted by barking dogs across street, the sounds of trains passing through near by, and a scantly dressed woman walking up down the street with a small duffle bag. Needless to say that I was concerned about the possibility about a force entry attempt on my vehicle.
The shower size is very small (comparatively to a small coat closet) and the toilet was loose which wobbled when sitting on it.
Lastly, there was an unacceptable amount of hair found in the shower and bed.
