The living room is equipped with a 50" smart TV and sofa bed. New tile throughout the home, new carpet in all bedrooms. New interior and exterior paint. The beautiful new kitchen features stainless steel appliances with all new utensils and new quartz countertops. New bathrooms tile, vanities, fixtures, new AC, new electrical, new plumping, beautiful remodeled bathrooms. All new furniture ( sofa bed, mattress, table, refrigerator, washer, dryer,..). Traveled to Tucson for work and spent 5 weeks in the house. The house has been recently updated and had everything we needed. The check in and out process was super simple and the host was very accommodating to our changes. The neighborhood was relatively quiet with light traffic. Getting anywhere in town was an easy drive. Zero complaints. Definitely recommended.

The location is one of the best I’ve stayed in in Tuscon. It’s right near Reid Park and the zoo, and there’s shopping near by. Just about everything we wanted to do Tuscon is a 20-25 minute drive. The house itself is in immaculate condition. The owner has clearly put a lot of work into the renovation. 10/10 will stay again!
