The apartment features three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and prepare lunches and dinners for everyone staying in the house. The hand-painted ceilings add exceptional elegance and refinement to the entire space. King-size beds and the generous living areas ensure a very comfortable stay.
The charming Campo de’ Fiori, with its daily market, as well as Via Giulia, Via dei Giubbonari, the Pantheon, Via dei Coronari, and Via del Corso are all within walking distance.

Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

Garbage should be picked up every other day. Small moisture ants in back bathroom and kitchen When contact was made with our garbage concerns we were advised that garbage would be removed at end of our stay and that we could remove any at street garbage cans, this made me uncomfortable Otherwise any questions or concerns were handled with care and respect.

The apartment was as expected with plenty of space for 3 adult couples. The windows do a great job with reducing the noise. We were surprised with the 2 unplanned drop in visits from the owner that had nothing to do with us or our stay. The number of towels are limited but they did bring extra when requested. The showers are small like a RV shower but that’s as expected in Europe. Overall it was nice

Excellent location! Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. We never had to taxi. Extremely clean and the living room/lounge area was a great way for the group to relax and chat after a long day in Rome. Would definitely rent again.

Everything about this apartment exceeded expectations. It was spotless, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The host made the entire experience seamless, from booking to arranging airport transportation, and even provided great local dining recommendations.The location couldn’t be better We were able to see all of the major sights on foot. It’s an easy walk to Trastevere, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain, about 10 minutes to the Vatican, and roughly 15 minutes to the Colosseum.I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.
