-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.
SunDestin 1415 is a stunning 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located in the heart of Destin. This recently furnished condo on the 14th floor offers breathtaking views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, while the bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. With its spacious layout and modern furnishings, this condo ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities at SunDestin 1415 are unbeatable. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. For sun lovers, the sugar white sand beach is just steps away, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle waves. *There is parking for 1 vehicle at the SunDestin complex. Additional parking is available across the street. *
SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

The room was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. However, the property was under construction, and all the amenities were closed during my stay. The construction was loud at times, and unfortunately, I was not informed about the construction or amenity closures prior to booking. I did call, and they provided me with a adjustment for the inconvenience.

Positives:
Location great. Condo great. Communication outstanding. Pricey, but understand the value.
Negatives:
No pool. Under construction. When asked for a discount that other friends received, the owner said no.
Dishwasher did not work
Only two rolls of toilet paper for five people staying five days. No extra trash bags. These two things seem very strange to go skimpy on for a high priced rental. We personally own and rent out condos, and I understand the need to be financially savvy, but the extra 2 to 3 dollars seems more than worth it.
