-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, by the end of March 2026

Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
*There is parking for 1 vehicle at the SunDestin complex. Additional parking is available across the street. *
SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and open-air pool), exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

The room was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. However, the property was under construction, and all the amenities were closed during my stay. The construction was loud at times, and unfortunately, I was not informed about the construction or amenity closures prior to booking. I did call, and they provided me with a adjustment for the inconvenience.

Positives:
Location great. Condo great. Communication outstanding. Pricey, but understand the value.
Negatives:
No pool. Under construction. When asked for a discount that other friends received, the owner said no.
Dishwasher did not work
Only two rolls of toilet paper for five people staying five days. No extra trash bags. These two things seem very strange to go skimpy on for a high priced rental. We personally own and rent out condos, and I understand the need to be financially savvy, but the extra 2 to 3 dollars seems more than worth it.
