About this villa rental
Aside from the fantastic uninterrupted views out to sea, the large lawn garden and private swimming pool, this spacious villa is a mere 10 minute walk from a choice of great cove beaches, shops and places to eat in this much-loved Balearic resort. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway lazing by the pool with fabulous views out to sea or a great base from which to explore the island, Villa Mercedes is a great choice. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.
This marvellous villa enjoys a great position on the West coast of the island, on a residential street right on the sea front. The sandy bay of Calan Forcat and lively resort centre are both within a short walk, with a choice of other sandy bays and larger beaches also within easy reach on foot or by car. Villa Mercedes is only 2 miles West of the ancient, old capital town of Ciutadella which is definitely worth a visit during your stay!
Main pool: 11 x 4 mtr, 0.7 - 2.9 mtr depth.
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
In order to save electricity, this villa operates a system whereby the power, including the air conditioning, is only operational when an activation key is inserted. Similar to the system used in a number of hotels, this activation key is connected to the main house keys and would need to be taken out when leaving the villa. The air conditioning in this villa also operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.

The location is fantastic and the house with garden and pool was great. As many places, house has some outdated furniture and cabinets but overall we were very happy here.
