About this villa rental
Villa with all mod cons, 2 doubles bedrooms and one bedroom with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), nice terrace under the frame equipped with table and chairs, facing the private pool.
The house is spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished and well-kept (all the mattresses have been changed for 2014).
This is an ideal location: very quiet and away from the traffic or night clubs. Indeed, to access the villa, you take a dead end street with give a private access to the house as well as to a private car park.
The sea: the choice is yours:
- you can swim at the foot of the house ( 30 metres away from the house) in Cala Barcelo, Cala being not very well-known among tourists,
- or you can swim at the sandy beach of Cala Blanes, only 200 m away. This sandy beach offers the usual services: sun loungers, paddle boats and security, beach bar and restaurant.
- follow the coastal path on 105 m to go for a swim in Cala Brut. This Cala is well-known for its natural diving points from different heights (from 1 to 12 m).
For everyday errands, the house is 150 m from a local grocery store offering fresh bread and products.
To shop and to spend wonderful nights in the island, the house is only 3 km from the centre of Ciutadella, the most beautiful city of Minorca.
To go to Ciutadella, you can go through the very quiet interior road ( ideal for joggers since it is a one-way road) and you will go along the cliffs of the southern coast of the island, along the beautiful villa of Calan Blanes.

Lo bueno: El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en la página, la casa fantástica, la hemos disfrutado muchísimo, La piscina una maravilla y El propietario ha estado atento ante cualquier duda.
Lo menos bueno: falta limpieza en la casa, sobre todo cocina y baños.
Volveremos!!!!!

Super mooi huis, groter dan de foto’s doen vermoeden! Van alle gemakken voorzien (2 badkamers, 2 koelkasten, airco). Lekker zwembad wat 2 keer per week wordt schoongemaakt. Geen gedoe met inchecken want de sleutels kunnen uit een kluisje worden gehaald. De locatie is geweldig, 3 heel verschillende zwem mogelijkheden op loopafstand en dicht bij Ciutadella. Een aanrader!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa idéalement située à deux pas de la mer et tout prés de Ciutadella. La maison est tès confortable et trés bien équipée. La villa est située au bout d'une impasse tès au calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour continuer la découverte de cette île magnifique.
