Le calme de la résidence , la piscine et les facilités de stationnement

Petite résidence au calme près de Ciutadella. Très bon accueil et services communs utiles (lave linge et matériel de plage).

L’équipement de la cuisine est un peu rudimentaire

Muito tranquilo, ótima localização e muito acessível para estacionar. Condições para cozinhar e supermercados perto! Funcionários fantásticos e prestáveis! Limpeza excelente.

The outside areas (look of the buildings, pool area) are beautiful and the location is great (as it's near Ciutadella, which is way better than Mahon, even though the area of Cala en Blanes itself is too English for my taste). The area is the perfect headquarters if you plan to go around the island a lot. You get everything you need in the apartment and free parking is available basically everywhere.

The apartment was clean, but we had to clean some surfaces ourselves (table, chairs and shelf under the mirror), as they had not been cleaned. There's a lot of humidity in the area and it would be good to have some sort of dehumidifier: we used to stay out all day long and our things inside got wet (also during the night), as it's not really feasible to leave the windows open because there are no bug screens (if you plan to use the pool and to stay in the area, this issue won't affect you). The cover of the front terrace is not water proof, so if it rains the table and chairs get all wet and the terrace is basically unusable. Beware of the sprinklers when you get home late (around midnight): you have to slalom around then not to get wet. If there were sensors to temporarily stop them, we were not able to find them.
