About this villa rental
Villa Rotxa is a distinctive terracotta-painted villa in the popular resort of Calan Bosch. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace that surrounds the private pool, providing a lovely space to relax. Calan Bosch Beach is around a 20 minute walk away, while the bustling marina, with a plethora of restaurants and bars, can be reached in approximately 25 minutes on foot. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Rotxa is located in the Cap D’Artruitx area of Calan Bosch, around a 25 minute walk from the marina. The marina is the heart of the resort, with most of the bars and restaurants overlooking the water. The resort also offers a waterpark, a go-kart track, and two sandy beaches. A few additional restaurants and bars are approximately a 15 minute walk from the villa. The island’s historic old capital, Ciutadella, is about a 20 minute drive away and is well worth a visit during your stay.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.

As normally every Villa we have rented previously we were disappointed that there was no basic welcome pack, pool towels & only one set of towels for a three bedroom Villa. We made a phone call and were promised another set but sadly didn’t have them delivered to us. We did purchase towels for the pool ourselves. We did have a great Holiday and loved the area but I think the little things should be standard
