Villa Menorca ROCAS by Mauter Villas

The villa was superb.. it was in an ideal location right beside the harbour and beach. There were ample sun beds. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had great cooking facilities . Lots of hot water for showers

The only thing we had problem with was the lockable key box .. very stiff . Had problem getting the key out when we arrived

Villa was in a great locatiom a very short walk to the main marina. Lovely quiet exceptionally clean villa with a great pool, parking and with a very well stock kitchen will everything you would need and more. Really comfortable and safe area and great communication from the owners.

This is a beautiful villa with everything you could need. Fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the Marina and 10 minutes to the big Eroski supermarket (with smaller supermarkets closer). The villa itself is very comfortable. Great appliances, beautiful outdoor space and loved the big showers and water pressure. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with Seaview which was enjoyed early morning with a book and a cold drink.

The chairs in the living room aren't very comfortable...they look lovely but I think its style over substance. That didn't really bother us though as we hardly used that area. Also the chairs around the outdoor table were not great, however they were fine if you put a towel underneath you...they just need cushions I think. It's a very minor suggestion rather than a complaint as we loved the villa.

The perfect place for us, a party of 3. Spotlessly clean and freshly decorated, minimalist design. Lovely pool and facilities. Comfortable/new sun loungers. Quiet location but only a very short stroll to the marina/local shops, and there are bus stops a few metres away should you need. Managed by local company Mauter Villas who were great to deal with from the get go, responsive and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues which they sorted within hours. Easy check-in/checkout. Useful supply of dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels provided so you don't need to buy/bring with. And a basket of local edible goodies on arrival. Thank you!

We have no complaints at all! Our only comments would be that the addition of a couple of small tables by pool loungers would have been useful, there are none. Also there was only one small parasol for 6 loungers, but another was provided shortly after being requested (only 3 of us in our group but not enough for a houseful if you're all by the pool). There are no cushions for the table furniture or the two big cane chairs in the lounge (different to those shown in website photos) so not comfortable if sitting for a longer time, unless sitting on a towel or something. The toaster provided wasn't working but was replaced within hours without fuss. There's a large roof terrace with lovely views, but no furniture. BUT a fantastic house which we'd highly recommend!
