Villa Menorca Raquel by Mauter Villas

Beautiful villa -everything you could need has been thought of. Great pool and outside space -very comfortable and very clean

Mooie schone ruimtes, fijn zwembad voor onszelf en alles wat je nodig kunt hebben bij de hand. Joan appte me n dag voor vertrek of alles duidelijk was en dat we altijd mochten contacten met vragen.

Matrassen waren heel hard, iedereen houd van anders dus is n persoonlijke mopper. Bedden waren verder super fijn.

Everything was brilliant for our holiday. Everything we needed and all clean and tidy.

We could have done with a blanket on the beds as overnight it got cooler.

The property was excellently located. The pool is a lovely size and facilities adequate. The air con in the bedrooms was excellent.

The villa was not particularly clean when we arrived and is very tired. We had previously been to this villa with villa plus and it seems it hasn’t been well maintained. The sun loungers could do with being replaced. The lights in the pool were not working, the lights outside were not working when we arrived - this was fixed very quickly by a member of the team however there was one light that did not come on our whole stay, one of the toilet cisterns was dripping a lot of the time and I think instead of the welcome basket more toilet rolls and also soap could be provided in the bathrooms.
