About this house rental

The surrounding area is known for golfing, hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmobiling and Off Road Vehicle riding in the plentiful nearby state land.
This is a single family home in a lakefront neighborhood. The home has laundry facilities available as well as ramp access for the handicapped. Two bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen size bed. There are 2 pull out sofas queen size as well.
A Full kitchen with dinnerware, pots and pans is available to make that up north breakfast. Serve it in the dining room right off the kitchen or at the kitchen snack bar.
The swimming beach is a short distance from the house and fishing is available right off the dock in front.
Enjoy s’mores at the fire pit as you catch fish at the dock.
View the beautiful sunset right from the deck overlooking the lake.
Journey out to catch a glimpse of the Elk herd in the area. Atlanta is the Elk capital of Michigan.
In the spring time Morel mushrooms can be found in the forests.
It is only a short distance to town to pick up any supplies needed.

The handicap accessible is great, just know there's a dirt/grass path to get to the ramp.

Pat was very attentive to messages and we loved staying in her rental. With 2 adults & 2 elementary aged children, there was more than enough room. Having 2 full bathrooms was awesome. The home is simple but Very cozy, comfortable beds, plenty of household necessities. We enjoyed having our meals in the cute breakfast nook. We thoroughly enjoyed paddle boating down to the swimming hole and fishing as well. Lots of different birds, squirrels, and geese(we came up from Florida to visit our son & family so I was pretty excited about all the different wild life) which was awesome to see as we had our coffee on the back porch every morning and also enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Freddie’s grocery & gas & dollar store are right down the road which was very convenient. There is also a fantastic coffee shop and sports bar/restaurant in town as well. Our son took us to a state park about 40 min from here that had some beautiful waterfalls. We also visited some Amish stores which are about 30 min away and also took the kids go carting and putput golfing. Then found a restaurant near by with a beautiful lake view where we enjoyed lunch on the back deck. Absolutely love the slow pace here in Atlanta and everyone is so friendly. Thank you again Pat for your hospitality.

Pat was great, we had a nice time. There were lots of turtles not many fish. It is early in the season so we didnt spend much time outside. A little spring spruce up and she will be perfect for summer fun. Thank you for your hospitality. Would consider staying again if you would have us.
