About this house rental
Summary:
This terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath front lower unit of a duplex is well located near one of Newport’s best surfing beaches just a few homes from the sand. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.
The Space:
114 42nd St A is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath lower apartment of a duplex has upgraded flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. This is a perfect beach house for a family vacation. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.
Entering the front door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, comfy living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with beach views, a bbq and patio table, chairs and umbrella. Stacked laundry unit is right off the newly remodeled all white kitchen, a convenience not always found in beach homes.
Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 freshly remodeled full bathrooms. 3 TV's- Living room and first 2 bedrooms. 1 parking spot in a shared garage with the back unit.
*The garage is very small and tight and is shared with the other unit. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Additional free parking can be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets but parking can be challenging at the beach.

Getting Around:
Super close to the bike path, (starts at 36th st) where you can enjoy a stroll or ride down the beach.
Other Things to Note:
-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police
-Must be 26 or older to book
-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.
-No parties or gatherings.
-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

*1 parking spot in a shared garage with back unit. It's a very small and tight garage. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be tight fit. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets if 2 won't fit. Parking at the beach can sometimes be a challenge.

The condo was newly renovated but for something just renovated it smelled incredibly musty, the heat didn’t work, it was damp and dirty, blinds were broken, the curtains were dirty and the couch was gross. I wouldn’t stay here again.
