Our spectacular Ocean View house has 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, and private pool and hot tub. This Premiere Villa sits on top of the scenic hills of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica and just a 3 minute walk to the famous "Ronny's Place" restaurant which has the best sunset views in Manuel Antonio. Casa WyRica has four different types of breathtaking views; Pacific Ocean, Whitewater Surf, Mountain, and Jungle views. Everything you could ask for from a Premiere Villa.
You can wake up each morning to a fresh cup of Costa Rican coffee and a fresh fruit breakfast. Sit back and enjoy the majestic sunrises over the mountains behind the house, all while watching the jungle come alive. The Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, Parrots, and many other tropical birds fly through the jungle valley below and land in the trees. Wake up early around 5:00am and you will hear the howler monkey's! Jessica the property manager was excellent! Super kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for experience. We saw lots of birds and wildlife from the pool and deck. A beautiful property with an amazing view at sunset.

This house is as described with some updates that really set it apart. The layout of mirrored floors was great for our large group and the addition of the fifth bedroom and bath is awesome. The pool is a great way to cool off but the covered outdoor kitchen and terrace was where we spent most of our time and the best part of the house for us. The views from there of the mountainous jungle and ocean were amazing. The home comes fully stocked but should you need anything Jessica is just a text away and response immediately. Doug was an incredible host and communicated with us very timely. We will definitely be back to stay in this home again.

Beautiful home as advertised in pics…pool was a perfect end to a hot day at the beach. The sunsets on the balcony were picturesque. Clean and fully equipped…would absolutely stay here again.

The pictures are very hard to see - but there are power lines and utlity poles directly in the way of the view towards the ocean. A few of the pictures must be very old because they do not even show power lines - but they are directly in the way of what would be a great view of the ocean. The power lines need to be buried in front of the house. The sliding glass doors are old and need security bars as they are hard to lock and seem flimsy. The safe key that was supposed to open and close the safe did not work. Lots of small things that need attention. The outdoor space needs a lot of maintenance - the wood around the pool had lots of issues and the pool floor tiles were coming off, which resulted in cutting our daughters foot. The pictures don't match the property. The check-in and communication was great and we did 2 boats trips that were awesome with Wyrica, but I would not book this property at the price again unless it was updated and the power lines were buried.
