Clean, great location just steps away from downtown Bentonville. Bike storage in the garage is a plus. A couple opportunities for improvement include: please provide more pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and storage containers. Buy a newer Roku for the TV in the living room. It was nearly impossible to watch any streaming TV (using my own accounts - none were installed/active) because the Roku was so old, slow, and laggy. Add an over-the-air antenna to the TV so that vistors can at least watch something on TV. And get the plumbing fixed to avoid waste backup.

Perfect for four of us to enjoy Bentonville! We rented this house during BikeFest and found it absolutely ideal. Clean, well-kept, plenty of room in the garage for bikes, off-street parking, comfortable beds, and only a block from the town square - what more could you want! We will definitely stay here again. If you want to get super nitpicky then the master bath needs a new toilet seat but come on … super minor! What a great stay!
