Because the property was a type of duplex with multiple numbers and letters on the front doors, it wasn’t clear which door to open, so we tried to open the wrong property at first until we called the host (who was also unclear as to the numbers on our property). The WiFi information was incorrect on our listing, so I emailed the host for help again. There were no towel bars or privacy curtains on the glass door to the patio, which left us wondering if they’d rented the property too soon before finishing a renovation. Otherwise it was okay.
