Couple of items;Active wasp nest a couple of feet from the front door.Lawn had been mowed /front walkway not cleaned afterAnts in kitchen/ bathroom-appeared to be entering from under window sill above kitchen sink. BEd in master bedroom/ has a lovely platform with wooden edges -that extend quite a bit from end of bed. Two of us accidentally bumped the edge and cut our legs.Entire unit was lovely-all amenities were great!

Location is what made this place worth it. Very spartan furnishings and some were worn. Steps to everything in downtown bentonville though and that was what i realy wanted. Great spot for a solo MTBer or couple.
