Family friendly layout just a short trip away to the hub of the Southern Peninsula!
Stylish 3-bedroom townhouse featuring a sleek and contemporary design, situated within easy walking distance to the fabulous Yawa Aquatic Centre, and just a short drive to both the Rosebud Plaza and the stunning local beaches and foreshore walking tracks. The family friendly open-plan layout on the lower level is highlighted by a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area accommodating up to 8 people, and ample comfortable seating in the lounge area. There are several TV’s plus the comfort of split system heating and cooling both upstairs and downstairs.
Three stylish bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom with ensuite and WIR is on the ground level, while the second and third bedroom, together with a huge family bathroom and separate powder room are located upstairs. There is another powder room on the ground level (3 toilets).
Outdoor living options are abundant, enhancing your holiday lifestyle. An upstairs private sunbathing balcony provides a tranquil escape to soak up the sun's rays. On the lower level, a spacious courtyard awaits, complete with outdoor dining facilities and a gas BBQ, making it an ideal space for al fresco entertaining.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
