Inside, you’ll find three main suites, each with a private bathroom, plus additional sleeping with a sofa bed in the primary suite and one in the loft—plenty of space for the whole group. The sunny main level features a lofty two-story ceiling that fills the home with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up a quick breakfast or enjoy a full home-cooked meal. Dine alfresco on the screened deck or soak up the sun on the patio with the gas grill. The large dining table seats eight, with four additional barstools, so everyone can gather comfortably.

With the beach just minutes away, enjoy a full day in the sun or stay closer to home and take advantage of the resort amenities. Bayside Resort offers shared indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, walking paths, and the only Jack Nicklaus golf course in Delaware. After a day of fun, relax in the living area with a gas fireplace or enjoy quiet time in the loft with its balcony.

The resort features a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and a fitness center with top-of-the-line strength training and cardio equipment. Outdoor amenities include two pools, a kids’ splash zone, tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, nature trails with observation towers, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, a dog park, and on-site snack and tropical bars. The Freeman Stage hosts summer entertainment including live music, dance, and children’s programs. A beach shuttle runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guests can access resort amenities for an optional per-person fee, which varies by season. Children under five are free.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
