About this villa rental
Located in the award-winning resort community of Bayside, this home offers the perfect vacation getaway. Only 3 blocks from the Sun Ridge Pool complex with a large playground, two pools, splashpad, hot tub, beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, this home is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac.
This home is setup great for three families. Downstairs you will find a welcoming large open floorplan with a large open kitchen, dining, and living area with three triple recliner couches and a 75” Roku TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, a day bed with a twin bed trundle, and a home office. Upstairs you will find a second living area with a 65” Roku TV, two bedrooms with king beds, and a kids bunk room with four full size beds and a twin trundle bed.
There are so many things to do at Bayside. Amenities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boards, basketball court, volleyball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Pavilion located just within the community entrance. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions.
SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS:
Within Bayside, Signatures offers year-round full service dining, and 38 Degrees at The Point is open seasonally. A Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS pharmacy, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den restaurant, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.

* Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.
Off-Season (Jan. 1 - May 14 & Sept. 28 - Dec. 31): 3 Consecutive Days $40, 7 Consecutive Days $70
Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 27): 3 Consecutive Days $65, 7 Consecutive Days $115
If you need passes, please let us know how many, so we can make the request. The additional charge will also come through VRBO with the VRBO processing fee included (9%).
Bathroom & Bedding linen service is now included. If you do not want to bring your own beach towels, we do have 12 beach towels in the unit for your use, but you must wash and return them before you check out.

This house was perfect for our extended family of 11! Everything as advertised, clean property, well maintained, great neighborhood, and excellent communication. Bayside has great amenities and the neighbors even checked in with us too to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Can’t wait to vacation here again!
