Beautiful canal front home with sparkling heated private pool located in Siesta Isles on Siesta Key, directly across from the main entrance to Siesta Key Public Beach. This extensively remodeled home is a short 3 block walk to the beach!
Bright and spacious with almost 2000 sq.ft. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, the home offers a modern open concept in the living/dining/kitchen area, with 3 large sliding doors opening up to the pool and patio area, and all new furniture.
Bedrooms with own full bathrooms on opposite sides of the home for added privacy.
Italian porcelain tile, granite counters throughout the home.
Fully equipped new gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line European stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, induction cooktop, beverage center/wine cooler.
75'' Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV in living area, TVs in master and 2nd bedroom, all with internet connectivity. Free high-speed wireless internet provided.
Fully renovated bathrooms with granite counters, double vanities, high-end European faucets and fixtures, 12'' rain showers in both bathrooms, jetted tub in the 2nd bathroom.
Relax on the large & inviting pool and patio area overlooking Grand Canal, which is accessible through the living area, the master bedroom and bath. Weber BBQ gas grill and table & chairs are present on the patio area if you want to dine outside. Plenty of pool loungers are provided as well as beach chairs to take over to the beach.
A boat dock with kayak ramp is also available in case you want to bring your boat, or rent one while you are here! Great for kayaking or paddleboarding Siesta Key's canals!

We loved our stay here, especially the pretty view of the canal from the pool and the well stocked kitchen. The house is a short easy walk to the beach which eliminates the hassle of beach parking. The floor plan is nice and open with views of the pool from the whole living space. Beds were comfy, AC worked fabulously, plenty of bath towels and the host was very nice and attentive without being intrusive. The kitchen appliances were very nice and there were also a lot of small appliances like a juicer, 3 different types of coffee makers and a blender. We used the kitchen a lot because it was so nice and the grill too because it was clean and located outside in a good spot by the kitchen. Loved the house.
