About this house rental
Welcome to Che Bella Casa - A charming wonderful home located walking distance (1 block - ca 300 yards/3 minutes walk) from US ranked #1 Siesta Key beach. Restaurants and dining facilities are ca 800 yards. Featuring 2 en-suite bedrooms and an additional bedroom with an open plan kitchen. Step outside to discover the private backyard, with pavers surrounding the sparkling private pool. This family friendly home welcomes kids as well as small pets.
Other things to note:
1. Pool Heating (7am - 7pm) for 84F can be booked at $25 per day.
2. Please be advised that we don't provide consumables e.g. toilet paper, kitchen rolls, garbage bags, dishwasher and washing machine tabs. Therefore guests are required to buy these for their use for the rental period.
3. During peak season (January - April), check-in/out is on Saturdays only.

It really is a lovely Siesta Key house! The house was very clean & the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items for cooking & dining. There were even some extra spices & such in the cabinet. Only things that could use an upgrade would be the blender & maybe some good knives. There was plenty of beach equipment (a really nice wagon) and lots of super nice beach towels! The beach is pretty close. An easy 5-10 minute walk depending on which beach access is accessible. Several were impassable due to flooding.The Village is about a 15 minute walk. There is a trolley, but you have to figure out the schedule. The pool & back area are really nice as well. It’s perfect for adults who want to lounge & relax (which we did plenty of!) as it’s not really big enough if you have kids who want to play & splash around. There is a refreshing outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach too! The beds were comfortable & the baths had really nice showers. One is a little small, but it wasn’t an issue. The front porch is large & is a great place to sit outside during the brief showers that come through in the afternoon. Overall, this is a great property, & we would definitely stay again! Raj was a great host!

Overall everything was fine however there were some safety concerns. Handrails at the front porch and at the pool steps are needed. A member of our party slipped and fell exiting the pool. The mattress for the bed in bedroom 3 is also too low for the bed.
